This is part 3/4 of a series, where we review the response to our customer survey from the beginning of the summer. In this part we focus on buyer companies experiences of the current Suppilog platform and their wishes and suggestions for improvement.
We received 62 answers on our questionnaire from buyer companies. A bit more than half of the respondents represents pharmacies, and the rest represents for instance grocery stores, special stores and restaurants.
Most respondents replied that they use Suppilog mostly for purchasing specific products, and Suppilog is one of many channels that are used. The buyer companies value the chance to regularly order products that they are already familiar with, but they are also interested in finding new, interesting products.
According to the survey, the biggest improvement that the buyers are wishing for is a more clear user interface, which would make shopping more convenient and help them find more interesting new products to order.
The pharmacies’ requests differed from the rest of the buyer companies – their biggest wish for improvement seemed to be that Suppilog could be integrated to the platform that they use to buy other products. This change would make Suppilog easier to use for them.
