The results of our customer survey: 79% of our customers would recommend Suppilog

In the beginning of summer we sent out a survey to all our customers. Our goal was to receive valuable feedback from the sellers and buyers using our platform, in order to make the upcoming 3.0 version of Suppilog better than ever.

The manager of this project was Stella Vuorio, Suppilog’s marketing intern. This is the first of four upcoming blog posts analyzing the results of the customer survey.

The survey got a total of 113 responses, of which 65 came from buyer companies and 48 from seller companies. We are happy to announce that the feedback was mostly very positive and 79% of respondents would recommend Suppilog to others.

The answers have been of great help and we have received good proposals for improvement. As a short summary, according to the survey, seller companies are especially interested in marketing and communication tools to make it easier to get in touch with buyers on the platform, as well as better tools for pricing and editing product information. Buyers wish for a clearer user interface, as well as broader integration possibilities. In the following blog posts we will dive deeper into the feedback.
