Buyer companies and retailers do not pay anything for using Suppilog. Actually quite the contrary – Suppilog lowers down the value chain costs and can provide better purchase terms.
Products can be delivered primarily in three different ways to the customer companies.
In this case, products from several sellers can be delivered in the same shipment (by freight) as they would when ordered from a wholesaler, and invoicing is taken care of automatically through Suppilog’s system.
Delivery routes, order payments and shipment limits (i.e. the limits for free delivery) are easy to check before submitting an order, so that the order can be edited accordingly. The products of different sellers sent from Suppilog capable warehouses can be easily be combined into the same order.
Any complaints and additional information for deliveries can be sent through Suppilog for a dispute.
In this model Suppilog will serve the seller company as a sales tool for their own organisation or/and a purchase order tool for the wholesale buyers. The order information will go automatically to the wholesaler and the logistics and the invoicing is then provided by them.
All the possible disputes and order status questions should be addressed straight to the wholesaler or the seller company using the wholesaler as a distribution model.
n this model for example a big FMCG company with their own full logistical capabliness or a small producer will handle all the logistics and invoicing by themselves. This is easy to set up usually with the seller companies but don’t bring that much added value for example with the lack of consolidated deliveries and cost reductions in logistics.
All the queries of the orders should be sent directly to the seller companies, because of these orders Suppilog has very little information.
